As part of the factories’ growing role within Constructor Group, Dexion Hi-Lo is recruiting a Purchasing Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop purchasing strategy for key commodities in cooperation with Constructor Group SVP for Supply Chain
• Develop processes for supplier selection and continuous improvement
• Direct materials procurement, indirect material and services procurement, inventory management, material requirement planning
• Negotiating prices and commercial terms using various methods: cost modeling, e-tools, RFQ, RFP
• Monitoring and keeping the raw material stock level on target.
• Managing the buyers, setting targets, reviews progress, carrying out their performance appraisals.
• Participate in European wide projects with other group factories
Language Skills:
• Fluency in English
Technical skills:
• Minimum 5 years of professional purchasing experience in a multinational company with 2 years in a senior role
• Experience working with ERP systems
