The automated storage solutions, known generally as “machines” consist of the Tornado, Paternoster and Horizontal Carousel storage and picking systems.
The “machines” are a range of products developed by Dexion’s sister company from Finland, also part of Constructor Group, who has spent over 20 years in manufacturing and designing automated storage systems. This leading-edge technology has become the preferred solution of hundreds of satisfied customers from all over the world.
These products improve the efficiency of product storage and picking, by saving up to 70% on floor space and decreasing picking time by more than 60%.
All machine solutions are easy to integrate with the customer’s Warehouse Management Software systems.
The range includes 3 major families of products: the Tornado picking and storage machine, Paternoster the rotating automated storage solution and HOCA, the horizontal carousel line.
Thanks to its ingenious lifting device, the servo-operated Tornado automated storage system is rapid, energy-efficient, and silent. It is easy to tailor to the customer's needs.
Tornado offers safe, secure storage for valuable and fragile items. The system's intelligent engine attempts to place active pallets close to the retrieval point. This makes the Tornado system especially useful for seasonal products. Tornado has password-protected access levels for added security.
The Tornado's speed both horizontally and vertically offers rapid shelving and picking. The clear and straightforward structure makes the system reliable and low-maintenance.
Tornado DT – Double Tornado - the capacity of two machines brought to a single retrieval point with speed, while trays are waiting to be picked in line.
Paternoster is a rotating automated storage solution that saves floor space and offers efficient height-optimized storage.
The system offers closed, safe storage and protects products from dust and light. Picking work in warehouses can be reduced by up to 60%. It is an excellent solution for the optimal reduction of picking times. Particularly great results are seen with batch picking, offering more rapid turnaround.
The work environment is safe and ergonomic, as carriers are transported to an optimal working level. Paternoster always takes the shortest route to the operator, enabling a fast handling of products.

Horizontal carousel is an excellent choice for large spaces or low buildings. The horizontal storage system can accommodate large quantities of bulky goods, reducing picking times significantly.
