Frames

Wide Aisle Storage System
The Wide Aisle storage system offers fully adjustable beam levels to suit varying pallet heights. It gives 100% accessibility to pallets and aisles are designed to be wide enough for trucks to pass one another.
Adjustable pallet racking is the most widely used storage system for all palletised and non-palletised loads. Single or double sided runs of racking are separated by wide aisles which can be sized to suit the customer‘s existing fork-lift trucks:

Double Deep Racking
Double deep racking is created by placing2 double sided runs together. Pallets are stored 2 deep and are accessed using special trucks with pantograph or telescopic forks.
- Greater use of floor space by reducing number of access aisles
- Not suitable for rapid stock rotation - first pallet in is the last one out
- Less distance for the fork-lift truck to travel

Narrow Aisle Racking
Narrow Aisle Racking retains the flexibility of wide aisleracking but increases the storage capacity by reducing the aisles and storing pallets to a greater height. It also maintains a good speed of throughput.
Narrow aisle racking consists of the same basic components as conventional racking but with runs placed closer together eliminating the wasted space of a wide aisle. The pallets can be stored to a greater height to maximise all available cubic space. The pallets are accessed via specialist trucks which are guided in the very narrow aisles by either low or high profile floor mounted rails or electronic wire guidance in the floor.

MAXIMUM ADAPTABILITY
No matter if you use europallets, throw-away pallets or your own mesh or box pallets – P90 will adapt to the required format, regarding width, depth and weight.The space is optimally used thanks to its variable depths and heights as well as due to its available heights ranging from 1,5 to 30 meters.
GREAT STABILITY
Even heights greater than 30 meters or maximum loads greater than 30 tonnes are not a problem for P90 due to its sturdy build and high quality craftsmanship. Drive-In Systems
Drive-In is slow in throughput, but offers high density storage for a limited range of stock. This high density storage is particularly suited for cold or chill storage environments.
Drive-In racking is used where high density storage is required. It is frequently used in facilities with a low number of product lines. Pallets are stored in a block system with two blocks generally served by one operating aisle. The trucks drive into the racking to load or retrieve pallets, which are stored on cantilevered rails running throughout the system. The first pallet in is the last one out unless a Drive-Through system is used whereby pallets can be loaded or retrieved from either side.
- High density storage - maximising cubic space - economical with greater number of pallets stored per cubicmetre than other storage systems
- Low stock rotation - suitable for seasonal goods and fluctuating stock demand

- Suitable for easily damaged or fragile loads, which cannot be block stacked
Push-Back System
Push-Back is a system which can offer a higher occupancy rate than any other high density storage application. It enables fast access to pallets whilst using standard fork-lift trucks.
A form of live storage where pallets are stored two, three or four deep. Pallets are loaded onto a trolley and push the other pallets back on a channel rail. When a pallet is retrieved the remaining ones will roll forward into the next position. Pallets are accessed from one side only.

Pallet Live Storage
Pallet Live Storage provides first in first out automatic stock rotation whilst achieving good space utilisation. Consideration needs to begiven to a consistent high quality base pallet for optimum efficiency.
The pallets are stored in a block system on gravity roller conveyor tracks supported on pallet racking. Pallets are loaded from the top end and roll forward under the forceof gravity when a pallet is retrieved fromthe bottom end. Can be adapted for either pallet or carton applications.

MOVO Mobile Racking
Mobile racking is a specialist high density system often designed for long-term storage of pallets or other heavy duty goods. The racking is mounted on mobile bases, which run on rails, integrated in the floor of the storage area. The bases are electronically driven and are normally kept closed leaving one aisle for access.

Satellite System
The satellite System automates the storage by satellite pickers in the drive-in channels by utilizing the maximum volume of the warehouse.
Satellite pickers avoid damages on the racking system, compared to forklift trucks entering drive –in channels.
Automates the storage of high density lanes, allowing the maximum use of a warehouse cube. Entering with a forklift truck in a static storage drive-in channel requires a lot of ability, time and concentration and can cause rack and product damage. DEXION AUTOSAT™ allows for all the operations to take place without going inside the rack, as all the movements are sent via a radio remote controller.
