HI 280 - Adjustable Shelving
Starting from the traditional Dexion slotted angle shelving, with it wide range of uses, we have developed a latest generation, boltless adjustable shelving system.
Both are made of galvanized steel and guarantee the highest possible level of quality, combined with functionality.
The systems are suitable for any field, from archiving documents, to the storage of different components. A wide range of accessories gives the system added flexibility. Used as a simple base or extension module, the system can be extended as mezzanine or high-bay system.
Shelfplan – Longspan Shelving
System Shelfplan bridges the gap between light-duty shelving and pallet racking and applications range from storing single unit loads to sophisticated multi-level picking systems. 
The system is suitable for a wide range of products and is ideal for the industrial working environment. Used in commerce, warehouses and transport, System Shelfplan is excellent for the rail storage of clothing articles and allows for easy access and a good maneuverability of the products.
Frames
- High capacity frames can support a uniformly distributed load up to 7000kg
- Standard heights from 1800mm to 3000mm
- Upright slots have 50mm beam pitch to allow full adjustability
- Attractive flush fronted uprights in RAL 5010 blue
Beams
- Choice of beam lengths from 1500mm to 2700mm
- Safety locking pin prevents accidental beam dislodgement
- Suitable for various shelf types Up to 1020kg capacity per shelf (UDL)
Bolted shelving
Traditional Dexion shelving, used all over the world.
They are made up of slotted angle uprights on which are fixed galvanized shelves. The rigidity of the system is ensured by corner pieces, mounted on several levels. The profiles can be used as either shelf uprights as well as individual elements.
Multi-Tier Systems
Multi-Tier racking is created using Dexion adjustable systems.
Additional storage floors can be incorporated into the rack with walkways to allow pedestrian access for order picking. This maximises all available headroom and is ideal for storing a wide variety of packaged goods for hand picking.
